Business Analysis
Using public information, we analyze your company’s environment —clients, suppliers, competitors and prospects— across foreign trade and financial data, so you know how your market is actually moving.
The challenge
The information that describes your market is already public: financial statements at Supersociedades, imports and exports at DIAN, commercial registry at RUES. The problem is not obtaining it, but reading it: it arrives scattered, in different formats, and it does not tell you what it means for your business.
What it involves
We take the official sources, integrate them and read them with your company in focus. We do not deliver a data dashboard: we deliver what is happening in your market, who is gaining ground and which decision is worth making.
What you receive
- A reading of the market: who buys, who sells and at what price
- Your position against competitors, with comparable figures
- Financial and foreign-trade behavior of clients and suppliers
- Identified and prioritized prospects, with the reasoning behind them
Frequently asked questions
Where does the information come from?
From official, public sources: Supersociedades for financial statements, DIAN for imports and exports, RUES for the commercial registry, and Banco de la República and DANE for macroeconomic context.
If the sources are public, what does AMERIN add?
Judgment. The sources are available to everyone; what is not available is integrating them, cleaning them and turning them into a decision. That is the work we have done since 2003.
How long does an analysis take?
It depends on the scope. An initial assessment is usually delivered within a few weeks; the schedule is defined in the proposal before we start.
